I was recently reminded of this recipe when my Aunt J, texted to ask what the ingredients were. I've never written it down but surprisingly, I could still remember what was in it. So easy to make and delicious with fruit. You can make it lower calorie also by using lowfat yogurt and Cool Whip light. Makes very little difference in the taste. Oh and it's gluten free also which is a bonus.
Strawberry yogurt ( a small container )
Vanilla pudding (dry) a couple tablespoons
Cool Whip Light, 1-2 cups
You can vary the ingredients depending on how thick you like it or how much you want to make. You really can't go wrong with this combination
