Christmas Cactus

I received this beauty around Christmas time and it bloomed right on schedule. I've never been able to keep them going in this house due to poor window exposure but I'm happy to say that this time I got it right. As long as you don't move them, I think they are happy. Just look at the delicate pink blooms. Aren't they lovely just in time for spring?

Spring Plants

I always buy my urn arrangement from a little family owned and operated greenhouse near Guelph called Vissers. They have really nice healthy plants and they are in good soil and containers so they don't dry out. I really like how this one looks and it does really well in the shade. I was happy that I bought my heavy cement urn at Sam's Club before it went under. It's a little unique and it suits my house just fine.
